Sooooo…. you have difficulties with executive function. Welcome to the club.

This workshop is meant for ADHDers who in exasperation, have gone “I just….. can’t get it. I can’t study”. It’s usually because so many of the ways we’ve been taught to study hasn’t worked.

Colour-code your work. Start early. Study in 45 minute blocks.

It might have worked for some, but it might not work for all. And when it doesn’t work, students absorb they’re the problem. Let’s flip that. We’re going to get talking about executive function, why it works differently for ADHDers, and walking through an entire kaleidoscope of options that you may not have been presented with before.

We’re going to do this in two parts, and attendees who get tickets should ensure they are available across both sessions.

Session 1: Understanding Executive Function Differences; Practical Organisational Tools
Monday 21st September 2026, 12pm to 1:30pm

Session 2: Extracting Meaning from Text; Memory Supports
Friday 25th September 2026, 12pm to 1:30pm

Meant for: ADHDer High schoolers (Year 7 to 12) who know about their diagnosis
