These notes present an executive summary that was covered in the 6-hour long Raising an ADHDer course, and is offered free to course participants, both live and self-paced. Whilst strongly preferred to participate in the course first to access these notes, these notes are made available as a summary version of the key research and essential roadmap of supports for an ADHDer so that parents, teachers and therapists can go forward in with their education.
