My Body’s Power Pack: Card Deck is a colourful, easy-to-use card deck designed to help kids (and the adults who support them) understand their energy patterns — and take charge of them. Based on the idea of energy accounting, these cards help personalise the messages in the book, My Body's Power Pack.  

More than just cards, these aim to be a powerful weapon in your toolkit for building awareness, self-advocacy, compassion and a ticket to wellbeing. Honestly? As an Autistic Psychologist and parent, there are days that even *I* use these cards as prompts to work out what is going on behind the low energy. It brings together the most powerful of neuroscience of behaviour and nervous system regulation and makes it look just adorable.
